Certified New York State Health Care Agents will assist you with selecting a plan from various carriers on or off the exchange. Plans include medical, medicare, child health plus, dental, vision, telemedicine and more!
You have choices for individual & family health insurance if:
- You are self employed.
- Your employer does not offer a group plan.
- You are enrolled in a group plan but your spouse/dependents are not covered.
- You are eligible for COBRA.
Sheridan Benefits can help individuals and/or families obtain health insurance to avoid the risk of paying a fine. Current government fines are $695.00 per adult $347.50 per child to age 18 and a Family of $2085.00, 2.5% of your income whichever is higher. Fine rates are subject to change based on the inflation rate.
